★★★★★Reachable support
19/10/2026
I wrote in about a change of address. They held the shipment in time. The timing was a bit tight, but it worked out.
Amina S. · Toronto
★★★★★Service after a silly question
08/10/2026
I picked the wrong platform. They canceled before shipping, free of charge. Thanks for going over the order with me.
Antoine Q. · Calgary
★★★★★Chat, then email
12/09/2026
The chat closed, so they followed up by email the next day with the tracking number. A bit of back and forth, but sorted.
Pauline W. · Ottawa
★★★★★Simple order
11/09/2026
Cart, payment, email. Nothing to report on the service side. The game arrived on Thursday as stated.
Driss O. · Vancouver
★★★★★Careful packaging
11/09/2026
Corners protected, shrink wrap around the box. For a collector's edition, that's what I expected.
Baptiste N. · Toronto
★★★★★Delivery estimate too optimistic
11/09/2026
“2–3 days” on the website, received on the sixth. The product is as described. I'm just noting the gap between the promise and reality.
Nora H. · Toronto
★★★★★Post office
11/09/2026
Delivery notice, picked up on Saturday morning. ID requested, as usual. Game intact.
Lucas F. · Ottawa
★★★★★Emails a bit curt
11/09/2026
The parcel is fine. The automated emails are factual, not very warm, but the info is there.
Emma B. · Calgary
★★★★★Just one item, as expected
10/09/2026
No surprise bundle, no out-of-stock after payment. Instant confirmation, shipped the next business day.
Karim A. · Montreal
★★★★★Return clearly explained
10/09/2026
I sent back an accessory (wrong color). The return label came by email, refund within a week.
Manon E. · Toronto
★★★★★Chronopost tracking
10/09/2026
Notification at every step. Left in the mailbox as requested. Nothing to report.
Yanis C. · Montreal
★★★★★Spotless pickup point
01/09/2026
Text in the morning, picked up in the evening after work. Clean label, no cuts on the box.
Nicolas D. · Toronto
★★★★★Clear invoice
01/09/2026
VAT and shipping costs shown before payment. Nothing added afterward. Packaging a bit over the top, but the game is fine.
Thomas G. · Calgary
★★★★★Quick reply
01/09/2026
Question about the lead time before shipping: answered the same day, no copy-paste. The parcel went out the next day.
Inès K. · Ottawa
★★★★★Delivery a bit slow
01/09/2026
The game was new, seal intact. I waited five business days, which is fine but nothing more. The email tracking helps.
